1. How long will my order take to arrive?

2. Do you offer free shipping?

India: Shipping is free nationwide.

International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

No refunds. Premium exchanges only.

Exchanges are available under eligible conditions via our Exchange Portal.
4. What are the conditions for exchange?

Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

A handling fee of ₹350 applies for size or preference-based exchanges.

Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible.

We ship across India and to select international destinations.

For international orders, shipping charges and applicable customs duties apply.
6. Are your drops ever restocked?

No. Every SLIKDRIP® drop is ultra-limited. Once it sells out, it’s gone forever.
