1. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines range from 4–28 days, depending on the product and your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

  • India: Shipping is free nationwide.

  • International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.


3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

  • No refunds. Premium exchanges only.

  • Exchanges are available under eligible conditions via our Exchange Portal.


4. What are the conditions for exchange?

  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A handling fee of ₹350 applies for size or preference-based exchanges.

  • Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible.


5. Where does SLIKDRIP® ship?

  • We ship across India and to select international destinations.

  • For international orders, shipping charges and applicable customs duties apply.


6. Are your drops ever restocked?

  • No. Every SLIKDRIP® drop is ultra-limited. Once it sells out, it’s gone forever.

  • This ensures exclusivity for every customer.
