3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.

  • We accept UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, and COD (where available).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary between 4–28 days, depending on your location and product type.

  • Delays due to courier partners, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

5. Exchanges & Refunds

  • No refunds. Premium exchanges only.

  • Exchanges are subject to our Exchange & Refund Policy.

  • Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.

6. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices on our site are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, payable by the customer.
