SLIKDRIP® – Exchange & Refund Policy

At SLIKDRIP®, every drop is exclusive. To maintain fairness and quality, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly provide exchanges under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • You need a different size or color

  • You changed your mind after purchase (style, fit, or feel)

Exchange Fee: ₹350 (covers reverse pickup + forward shipping)
This applies to all preference-based exchanges.

Exchange Rules

  • Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for exchange

  • Processing time: 2–3 weeks after approval
