No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. but we’re happy to help if you need an exchange.

Exchange Time Frame

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for exchange, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Package the items securely and include the completed return/exchange form.

Exceptions

Note: For exchanges due to personal preference or fit issues, A small fee of 250 INR applies. This ensures you receive the perfect product tailored to your satisfaction. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to quality and service!

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Worn or washed items that do not meet the criteria for exchange.
