At Slikdrip, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.

No Return Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. but we’re happy to help if you need an exchange.

Exchange Time Frame

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for exchange, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the items securely and include the completed return/exchange form.

Exceptions

Note: For exchanges due to personal preference or fit issues, A small fee of 350 INR applies. This ensures you receive the perfect product tailored to your satisfaction. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to quality and service!

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Worn or washed items that do not meet the criteria for exchange.

Damaged/Wrong product received

In case if customer receives any Damaged/Wrong Product,
please reach out to our customer service team on

And we will initiate the exchange within 72 Hrs free of cost.

Exchange Process For Damaged/Wrong product received

The Damaged/Wrong Product will be picked up from the customer within 48 hrs after the exchange request is initiated, and the new product will be shipped as soon as the return product as been picked up from the customer by the Delivery Company.
